We ship using the three major shippers. USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you have a preference let us know and we will try to ship that method.
To ensure the longevity of your candle, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting and burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Burn ALL wicks at the same time only doing 1 or 2 will cause the candle to burn unevenly and shorten burning time. If you are using it for display and it loses its fragrance simply put in a plastic bag overnight and the smell will return.

Customer is responsibible for the proper use of the candle. These candles WILL require a plate or heat resistant pad to burn. Damage to counter tops and tables can occur is this is not followed. Never leave unattended, burn all wicks at the same time, burn only for 4 hours at a time, and protect the table service.
We offer a 14 day return policy. Simply notify us of the reason for the return, and return to us.Buyer pays return shipping and item must be returned in original new condition. Candles that have been lit or damaged will not be returned. All packages are insured, please notify us of damage on delivery.
